Every download includes a free 3-day trial with full access to every feature. No card required. One trial per device. When it expires, the app stops working until you activate a paid license. Your task data is not deleted.

Purchasing
Buy from the pricing page. You can pay by card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Apple Pay, Google Pay) or crypto (BTC, XMR, LTC, ETH). Your license key is emailed to you instantly after payment. No account is required.
Activation
Open Legion and enter your license key on the activation screen. The app contacts the licensing server to validate the key and register your device. After that it re-validates periodically in the background. This validation sends only your license key and a hashed device ID. No task data is ever included.
If you need to move to a different machine, deactivate from inside the app first to free up the seat, then activate on the new device.
Expiry and renewal
Licenses are valid for one year from the date of purchase. When your license expires, the app stops working. Your task data in ~/.strikedeck/ is not deleted. Buy a new key from the pricing page and activate it to restore access.
Commercial use rules
A Personal license cannot be used for any paid work. This includes paid penetration testing engagements, consulting contracts, compensated bug bounty submissions, MSSP services, and internal corporate security assessments done on behalf of an employer or client. If any of those apply to you, you need a Consultant or Team license.
